Vince Collins

The site was founded by Vince Collins. One day Vince was asked by his then employer to develop a new website using the Stellent Technology. This was no easy task since Vince had never heard of the product and the deadline was very aggresive. It quckly became clear that there wasn't much information available online.

This site was born out of the need for quick and easy access to information and experts who know the product well and are willing to share.

Vince lives in New Hampshire and currently owns and administers several websites. He is also a ColdFusion application developer and consultant.

Joachim Claeys

Joachim has been using Stellent in his business environment since 2003 and has quickly grasped the concepts and tools and has put his knowledge to good use both in the deployment of external sites as well as Intranets. He is our resident forums moderator and will try his best to keep up with both his work and the forums whenever possible.

Joachim lives in Belgium and currently works for an international company as a Web developer and network engineer.

Jeff Meador

Jeff, a Certified Stellent Professional, has worked with a wide variety of Stellent customers such as government agencies, non-profits, and multi-national corporations to design and manage successful Stellent implementations. His responsibilities include project planning, business analysis, web publishing, server/ component customization, and training. He often works directly with Stellent to create demos, pilots, tutorials, and proof-of-concept materials for their sales team.

With his hands-on approach, Mr. Meador works with organizations to understand their business needs and to develop appropriate, thorough Stellent solutions. Because of his in-depth knowledge of the Stellent product suite, Mr. Meador is able to develop specific, custom solutions that meet an organization's particular needs.

As an active member of the Stellent community, Mr. Meador serves on the Steering Committee and has presented workshops and demonstrations for both the Northern and Southern California Stellent Regional User Groups.

Prior to his work in the technology field, Mr. Meador worked in the non-profit arts, working with Marketing, Sales, and Development groups at the La Jolla Playhouse, a Tony award-winning theater in San Diego, CA. Mr. Meador graduated with honors from Stanford University.

Mark Swift

Mark first got involved with Optika software in 1992 when he worked for a reseller in Denver, CO. Mark led the technical implementation group and learned the ins and outs of FPimage, FPmulti, FPreport, and PowerFlow. Mark was asked to join Optika corporate in 1996 and became the Product Manager in charge of partner relationships, the SDK, and third-party integrations. Mark's experience as an Optika reseller allowed him to see that there was a need in the Optika product family for a tool that would allow implementers to quickly connect the Optika products to 3rd party applications. Mark spearheaded the creation of the LOBLink integration tool and proceeded to use that tool and others to create canned integrations with J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft, and SAP. Those ERP integrations became a main differentiator for Optika in the late 1990's / early 2000's (while the .net craziness was going on).

Mark left Optika in 2001 to work with Karora Technologies, the makers of AppConnector, an integration tool that ties together business applications and document imaging solutions.

And now, after Optika got bought by Stellent and Stellent got bought by Oracle, Mark is again working for a reseller/systems integrator in Denver, CO providing document imaging and workflow solutions.

Mark would love to hear from old Optika employees and users and help answer questions about anything Optika related.

Martin Terry

Martin is a former Stellent Consultant and was the first Consultant to be appointed in Europe. After joining Stellent in June 2000 Martin has seen the Stellent product family evolve from the little know Intra.doc! Document Management tool into the Content Management Suite we have today.

Life with Stellent saw Martin implementing solutions into Central and Local Government, Private Industry and non-Profit organisations each of course with there own twist. Implementations ranged from standard deployment of the CMS system, Content Publisher and Site Studio applications to complete custom HCSP/HCST/HCSF/ASP/JSP intranets and websites.

The good thing with the Stellent system is that there are many ways to achieve the same result - none of them wrong, just different.

Life after Stellent for Martin is as a Director of Gemini Resourcing, a Systems Integrator in the UK providing Content Management, Workflow solutions and Services.
